PhD Students Track Call for Papers
The 7th ACM Digital Health (DH) conference, taking place in London, UK on July 2-5, 2017, is a multidisciplinary event designed to foster research collaboration in this emerging area of research. DH is aiming to inspire early stage researchers developing a career in this field. The PhD Student Track is designing to provide high quality feedback to doctoral students by offering an opportunity to students to present their work to a group of mentors and peers. Students currently pursuing a PhD in a field related to digital health are invited to submit progress reports of up to 2 pages. As these reports will be included in the conference proceedings, they should clearly outline the project, and provide at least one result from ongoing work (that is, not just a project proposal).
The deadlines (same as Main track):
The submissions should indicate the stage of the PhD (e.g. early stage, preparation of viva/defense) and should follow general DH submission guidelines and ACM 2 column formatting. Contributions are sought regardless of the stage of the research project, from both information/technology and medical/health fields.
Students are also encouraged to submit full papers to the main track, if the project is advanced.
Submissions can be made here: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=dh2017
